CERES Coin provides a peer-to-peer methodology for conducting secure, auditable, financial transactions in the legal medical and adult-use cannabis industry.

Ceres is a blockchain-based transaction network providing the compliance tools and transparency that address issues sorely needed by regulators, financial institutions, and operators.

CERES has worked with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the last 18 months to seek approval for the qualification of two separate digital assets:

CERES Coin - a stable coin that is the centerpiece of the CERES blockchain network which can serve as a compliant, transparent store of value and medium of exchange. At the same time, CERES network can track the chain of custody, all information associated with each transaction throughout the entire seed-to-sale lifecycle.

CERES Token is a digital asset geared for investors, Token holders participate in the revenue streams of CERES two lines of business, Upon SEC approval for qualification via Reg A+, these tokens will be available to retail investors.

The Challenge

We started working with Ceres to build out their social media, website, and blog content. The challenge was to communicate their offering on a complex subject (blockchain, cryptocurrency, compliance, and regulatory affairs) to investors, lawmakers, regulators, business owners, and the general public.

Solution

  • Website Content - We created website content that answered the very basic questions of who and what Ceres is and then wrote more comprehensive content to expand and define what we were trying to accomplish and convey.

  • Blog Posts - We dove even deeper with our blog posts. We created evergreen, pillar, and video content to convey our message.

  • Social Media - We maintained and built out the social presence for Ceres on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. We also went to “less-traditional” platforms like Quora and Reddit to interact with highly engaged audience groups.

  • Video - We created video explainers that help explain our key concepts.

  • Industry Conferences - we attended industry conferences with our client to learn more about the industry landscape and make connections for future collaborations.

Results

  • We saw increased user following on LinkedIn and Facebook

  • Our biggest social success was Quora. We created a space where we can share information on Crypto, Cannabis and Investing.
